Landscaping, planting, and irrigation outcomes depend on factors outside our control after handover, including client side maintenance, irrigation use, weather conditions, and Dubai’s climate. We design and install according to best practice for local conditions and back our workmanship with a warranty as set out in our Terms and Conditions. We do not guarantee specific plant growth rates, survival beyond the warranty period, or that outdoor conditions will remain unchanged after installation, for example due to extreme weather, pest issues, or changes to surrounding structures.
3. Site Conditions and Pre-Existing Issues
Recommendations, designs, and quotations are based on the site conditions observed or disclosed at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues not visible or disclosed during inspection, such as hidden utility lines, poor subsoil conditions, structural defects, or drainage problems tied to the wider property or development. Any such issue found after work begins will be addressed as a separate scope of work.
