These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dubaigardenpros.com (the “Site”) and any villa landscaping, swimming pool construction, pergola and gazebo, irrigation system installation, or artificial grass installation services provided by Dubai Garden Pros (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), a landscaping company in Dubai, to any person or entity requesting or receiving our services (“you,” “Client”). By using the Site, submitting the consultation form, or engaging our landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Landscaping Services in Dubai

Dubai Garden Pros provides landscaping and outdoor living services across Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Villa landscaping in Dubai (garden design, planting, paving, lawns, and outdoor features)
  • Swimming pool construction
  • Pergolas, gazebos, and glass rooms
  • Irrigation system installation
  • Artificial grass installation

Service descriptions, images, and pricing indicators on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Every landscaping project is subject to a free site inspection and a formal, written quotation.

2. Quotations and Site Inspections

Free landscaping consultations and site inspections carry no obligation for either party to proceed. A quotation issued after inspection is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the site conditions, scope, and materials discussed at the time of inspection; if actual site conditions differ materially (for example, hidden utility lines, poor soil quality, or drainage issues discovered during work), we will notify you in writing before proceeding, and the price may be revised.

3. Acceptance and Formation of Contract

A binding agreement for a landscaping project is formed only once you accept a written quotation (by signature, email confirmation, or WhatsApp confirmation) and pay any required deposit. Verbal discussions or informal messages alone do not create a binding contract.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project:

  • A deposit of 30–50% of the total project value is due before work begins, depending on project size and material requirements
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before or at final handover
  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include the scope of work specified in the quotation; work outside that scope will be quoted separately
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods we make available at the time of invoicing
  • Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work and may accrue interest at a rate permitted under UAE commercial law

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel a scheduled landscaping project by notifying us in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins
  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or procurement has commenced for your project, as these funds are used to secure plants, hardscaping materials, pool equipment, or contractor bookings on your behalf
  • Cancellations made before materials are procured may be eligible for a partial deposit refund at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to reschedule site visits or installation dates due to weather, material delays, or circumstances outside our control, and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible

6. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your villa landscaping, swimming pool, or artificial grass installation project safely and on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate site access, property details, and any known underground utility or structural information
  • Ensure the work site is accessible on agreed dates and free of obstructions
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from a landlord, developer, or community management (such as an NOC from a master developer like Emaar, Nakheel, or DAMAC) where structural landscaping, pool construction, or boundary wall work requires one, unless we have explicitly agreed to manage this on your behalf as part of the quoted scope
  • Maintain installed landscaping, irrigation systems, and plants according to the care guidance we provide, to keep any applicable warranty valid

7. Workmanship Warranty

  • We provide a workmanship warranty on installation work for defects arising from our labor or installation methods, for a period specified in your project quotation
  • Plant establishment is guaranteed for a limited period from installation, covering plants that fail to establish due to our workmanship or plant quality; this does not cover plant loss caused by client-side irrigation failure, neglect, extreme weather events, or damage by pets or third parties
  • Swimming pool structural work carries an extended structural warranty as specified in your project agreement; pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and automation systems are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, not by Dubai Garden Pros directly
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) with a description and, where possible, photos of the issue; we will inspect and respond within a reasonable timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, our total liability to you in connection with any landscaping project or Service is limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of income, or costs incurred due to project delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, government restrictions, supply chain disruption, or site access issues caused by the client, landlord, or a third party.

9. Intellectual Property

Any garden designs, layout plans, 3D renders, or visual concepts we prepare for your landscaping project remain the intellectual property of Dubai Garden Pros until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, you receive the right to use the design for the property it was created for. We may photograph completed landscaping and swimming pool projects and use these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials to showcase our work, unless you notify us in writing that you do not want your project used in this way.

10. Website Use

You agree to use dubaigardenpros.com only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false information through our consultation form, attempt to disrupt the Site’s functionality, or use any content from the Site (text, images, logo) for commercial purposes without our written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate but do not guarantee that all content, pricing indicators, or availability details are error-free or current at all times.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our landscaping services will first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For active projects, any material change affecting your agreed scope or pricing will be communicated to you directly rather than relying solely on this page.
